Through extensive market research, we're always looking for the next target city for growth. We are experienced in all aspects of real estate, from initial market research to renovations and design to efficient building management.

We analyze specific target markets on both micro and macro scales in the cities we invest in. We take a 1,000 foot view to determine whether a city as a whole creates a good investment landscape. Looking at key market drivers: resources in the area, government and city regulation, and how these factors affect the companies currently operating in these particular cities. We then zoom in on certain areas to determine which are safe for our investment capital and poised for the largest growth. We watch migration rates, vacancy rates, rents, employment, crime, and the number of buildings being constructed in the city.
